At Coseer we believe that humans should focus on creativity and judgment while technology takes care of everything else. We are building cognitive computing (AI) technology that can automate language related workflows in enterprises. We already have Fortune 100 clients, stellar revenue growth and a very healthy pipeline.

Our founding team has worked in cognitive computing centers at organizations like IBM, machine learning groups at quantitative hedge funds, and software groups of large tech companies. Each of us is from schools like UCs, IITs, HBS etc. We are looking to add to this team with first employees who will lead our growth and themselves grow with the organization. We are based in San Francisco but the team is virtual and location is no bar.

This is a high octane job with impossible deadlines, changing goals and seemingly insurmountable tech challenges. A passion to succeed is must. Your specifc background is of little consequence but you must have a strong technical mind. While exposure to AI/ML/NLP is preferred, indoctrination to any of existing techniques will hinder your success with Coseer.

Member of Technical Staff (India): You will be a tech generalist who will drive individual projects across teams with complete accountability. Given our growth expectation, you will shortly lead teams and should be willing to mentor them. You will bring hunger, professionalism and technical maturity to this role. Engineering background and 1-5 years of experience, with at least one in Java programming is must. M.Tech/ MS preferred.
